Delivery was very fast. The Ab Wheel works exactly as advertised. I suggest that you review a few UTube videos in order to use it correctly. Very good workout!!!!

Construction was surprisingly sturdy. However, the manual is just one page printout. You’ll have to search online for how to do the exercise right. If you do it right, it’s much better than crunches/situps.

worked as advertised, easy assembly. Shipped from amazon, very pleased with my purchase. I would love a different color though, perhaps black would have looked a little cooler.
