The Best of the Best Trainer,
Abs & Push-ups is a great workout. It starts out by warming up the shoulders with some unique not quite push-ups and then moves on to get serious. What I like about this is about the time I feel I can’t take another push-up, it moves into abs. The push-ups have some unique moves so there is a lot of variety. Although this is a tough workout; it is done at a good pace, not too fast and alternating the abs and upper body gives the body part time to recoup. There are also two people doing modifications, which is good to start off doing. In the short amount of time I have been doing this workout, I have seen some definition in my abs. Something I haven’t seen from all the other ab workouts I have done.
I add this dvd into her other workouts; such as Forza, Bodystrikes, and Powerstrike 5. These three dvd’s give me the complete workout I look for and have given me better results than anything else I have done. I hope she comes out with some new Forza dvd’s; there is nothing like working with a sword, even a wooden one.

|A great workout. No equipment required!,
I would consider myself an intermediate/advanced excerciser. This DVD was a great challenge. I can continue to go back to it to improve. I did the workout this morning and this evening I can already feel the soreness creeping in (and I consider that a good thing – muscles are being built!). I think my favorite thing about this video is that it requires no equipment (except a towel or mat), so it will be great for traveling. Push-up and ab sets alternate during this 30 min. workout. Not much of a cool-down or stretch is offered at the end, but I didn’t mind. I usually like to do my own stretches anyway. I highly recommend it. Even my husband joined me for the video and thought it was a good workout.

|Tough but enjoyable,
This is one more tough workout. The combinations are carefully constructed to max out your chest, arms, and abs while allowing you a reasonable opportunity to complete the workout. For beginners, the workout can be completed in partial segments. In a few weeks, many will be able to see improvement. For intermediate, the program is a great workout. For the advanced, it can be paired with other workouts, such as her BodyStrikes for a total cardio/resistance workout. As a personal trainer, I recommend it to my clients who are looking for a low impact way of improving/maintaining upperbody fitness levels.
