|Great for the back,
I first tried one of these at Crossfit. It makes it so much easier to do cruches and sit ups without hurting your back and making sure you use the correct muscles! I love it!

great moblie equipment to move around if at work or home maybe taking to the gym. its a perfect size where it doesnt interfer when you moblize it. no machine just a mat that can do the job. the video came in handle and it demonstrates many technique that can shock the abs to get better results at a quicker pace then just regular sit-ups. the abmat is a thoughful christmas gift that can introduce a gym rat like myself to increase ab strength and as well core coordination.
